The apartment is near the city centre in the centre of the October District close to 3 hospitals, including the General Hospital for Saratov Province and the Saratov State Technical University. In the immediate proximity it is possible to find a supermarket, various other shops and a cafe as well as an open market selling a wide range of fresh food. For more formal occasions the "Old Miller" restaurant is nearby. The hospitals and the University mena that public transport to destinations across the city and province is plentiful and frequent. Buses, minibuses and trams operate from a nearby public transport stop and there is a taxi rank. There is also paid supervised parking. Time from the station by by taxi is 7-8 minutes by public transport 10-15 minutes. Time from the airport by taxi is 25-30 minutes. The apartment is on 4 floor of a 4 floor post war brick building with a balcony. The premise has recently been redeocorated and repaired and is in an excellent condition (European-quality repair). The bathroom has an extraction fan for smokers. Three people can settle down In the apartment with comfort. There is a double bed and a king size bed. There is a wardrobe, the kitchen is equipped with furniture and utensils, a refrigerator, a hob, an electric kettle. The toilet is combined with a bathroom. The decor is warm beige, on walls impressive wall-paper with flowing gold. The windows are double-glazed. It is silent and quiet inside. So for a 5 day visit without extras, you would pay 5x800+1500+1500 = 7000 Roubles and your deposit sent by a Money Transmission system would be 3000 Roubles. Bed clothes are included. For rentals of more then 7 days, linen will be changed weekly. Cleaning will be at the end of the rental period. For stays of less than 3 days, a passport must be produced before signing the documents. Guests must leave by 12:00 noon. Guests may arrive after 18:00. Early arrival may be possible for guests arriving on the Moscow train subject to our ability to clean the room in time.
